Floradema "Mariven" Jayme is the Vice President for Procurement of Metro Retail Stores Group, Inc. (MRSGI).

Before joining the company, she worked with Vicsal Development Corporation, the parent corporation of MRSGI, as Head of Internal Audit for 22 years (February 1993 to September 2015). She was then transferred to Head the General Loss Prevention (GLP) in September 2015 until today, concurrent to her position as Vice President for Procurement.

Jayme began her career as an Internal Auditor of Rustans Commercial Corporation and then joined Atlas Consolidated Mining and Development Corporation as Senior Auditor. She has been active with the Institute of Internal Auditors, Cebu Chapter (IIA - Cebu). She became President of IIA - Cebu in 2001.

Jayme is a Certified Public Accountant. She graduated from the University of San Carlos.
