Dalisay V. Bas-Catedrilla is the Assistant Corporate Secretary of Metro Retail Stores Group, Inc. (MRSGI) since July 14, 2025, and concurrently its Compliance Officer until May 4, 2026.

Atty. Bas-Catedrilla is a Certified Public Accountant and Lawyer. She joined Vicsal Development Corporation/Metro Gaisano Group of Companies as Legal Counsel in September 2011. She is currently the Assistant Corporate Secretary of Vicsal Development Corporation and Maric Ventures, Inc. She is also a Director and Corporate Secretary of Pacific Mall Corporation, Apple Drugstore Corp., Bayan Movers Logistics, Inc., and the Assistant Corporate Secretary and Deputy Legal Counsel of Vicsal Foundation, Incorporated.

Prior to joining the Vicsal Group, she was in private law practice after a 10+ year career with SGV & Co., beginning as an Associate in the Audit and Business Advisory Group and later as an Associate Director of its Tax Division, when she left the firm in August 2006.

Atty. Bas-Catedrilla completed her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree (Cum Laude) at the University of San Carlos, as well as, her Bachelor of Laws degree while working with SGV & Co. then.
