Jeowy L. Ompad is the Compliance Officer of Metro Retail Stores Group, Inc. (MRSGI).

Atty. Ompad is a Certified Public Accountant and a lawyer, who placed 6^th in the 2025 Bar Examinations. He graduated cum laude from the University of Cebu in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Jose-Recoletos, where he graduated cum laude.

Atty. Ompad brings over fifteen (15) years of corporate finance leadership in multinational companies. Prior to joining MRSGI, he served as Senior Finance Manager at Surface Technology International Philippines, Inc. (2018 to 2024); Finance Controller at Alstom Transport Construction Philippines, Inc. (2017 to 2018); and Head of Accounting and Reporting, among other various managerial roles, at Bombardier Transportation (2009 to 2017).
