Lucille S. Malazarte is the Vice President, Financial Comptroller of Metro Retail Store Group, Inc. (MRSGI). Before joining the company, she worked with Vicsal Development Corporation, the parent corporation of MRSGI, including other affiliates in retail, property, and financial services. From 1991 to 2014 she served as Financial Comptroller in charge of overseeing overall financial operations, providing strategic direction, and ensuring efficiency.

Malazarte began her career as part of the auditing team of Sycip, Gorres, Velayo & Co., a respected provider of assurance, tax, transactions and advisory services.

Malazarte is a certified public accountant. She completed her Master’s degree in Business Management at University of the Philippines, Cebu. She took up undergraduate studies, BS Accounting, at University of San Carlos where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.
