Theresa Marie C. Puno-dela Peña is currently the Assistant Corporate Secretary and Compliance Officer of Metro Retail Stores Group, Inc. (MRSGI).

Prior to joining the company, Atty. Puno-dela Peña served as Securities Counsel of the Securities Exchange Commission from 2011 to 2021.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of the Philippines Diliman and obtained her Bachelor of Laws (2010) degree from the University of San Carlos, Cebu City.
